1. What are the shoe sizes in cm’s?
To view the size conversion chart please click here. This is also available for you to print off in A5, enabling you to measure you little ones feets against.
2. How long until I receive the items that I have ordered?
These will be with you within 7 working days from the date ordered. However if the product is out of stock we will get in contact with you within 2 working days to make you aware of the amended delivery date.
3. How much is the delivery cost?
There is a standard charge for delivery to retail customers of £1.95, however if you order over £35.00 the delivery is free of charge. To wholesale customers this is £5.50 for any order under £100 and £8.50 for orders £100 and above.
4. What payment methods can I use?
Our preferred method of payment is paypal however other payment methods are available if you wish. Please contact us for more information.
5. If i am a wholesale account customer do i have to pay via Paypal instantly?
No, your payment terms would of been setup by Felt so good after your first order. Please tick the Purchase order box instead of the paypal box during the payment section of your online order.
