We love working with companies (big or small) to bring your ideas to life! Whether it's for Christmas, Halloween, Easter or any unique celebration or occassion you may need some fabulous felt for, we're certain we can create something amazing.

We can offer bespoke designs for our customers for a minimum order quantity of 100 units per design/colour. Depending on quantities & design complexity, our design process from start to delivery of your bespoke designs is approximately 7-8 months.

For bespoke samples, there is a sample charge of £30+vat per design to begin the process of creating your bespoke design. The £30 sample fee includes 1 design amendment if needed; any further amendments will incur additional sample fees.

1. Share your brief
Email us your concept (sketches, photos, inspiration), preferred sizes, target unit price, and your ideal delivery date.

2. Initial sample (3–4 weeks)
Our skilled team in Nepal creates your first sample. We’ll send photos and confirm unit costs at this stage.

3. Amendments (2–3 weeks if needed)
Your £30 + VAT sample fee includes one design amendment. Additional amendments are possible and will incur further sample fees.

4. Physical sample (3–4 weeks to arrive)
Once approved, we’ll ship the physical sample to you for final sign-off.

5. Production (6 months from order confirmation)
After you confirm your order, production takes approximately six months. Please build this into your timelines so we can deliver perfection.

The more detail you can share upfront—images, sizes, target unit price, and required delivery date—the faster we can confirm feasibility and bring your design to life.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make one-off bespoke designs or any one-off amendments to our designs for retail customers. All of our decorations are lovingly handmade in Nepal by our team of artisans and sold as seen on our website.
