BREXIT - Due to the Brexit trade rules that came into effect on January 1, 2021, international orders sent from the UK may incur additional customs duties, VAT, or handling fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges vary depending on local import laws and are not included in our shipping costs. All such fees are the responsibility of the buyer. More information can be found on through your government’s customs authority or trade portal.
US TARIFFS - As of August 29, 2025, the United States has introduced updated import tariff rules. To comply with these regulations, a 10% tariff (based on the total order value) will automatically be applied to all U.S. retail orders at checkout. Please note that this tariff covers the expected import duties; however, additional customs or handling fees may still apply upon entry into the U.S. These costs are beyond our control and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders for wholesale and retail over £100 will be dispatched via courier. Please refer to the chart below for estimated delivery times.
All orders under £100 will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48hrs. Unfortunately, we cannot provide tracking information for all orders dispatched via Royal Mail. Delivery normally takes anywhere between 1 - 5 working days to arrive UK mainland, however please allow additional time during the festive period for your order to arrive.
We dispatch worldwide. Delivery can take between 5 – 25 working days, depending on the size of your order and your location. Please refer to the chart below for a more detailed estimation of cost and delivery times.
Although we make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the designated timescale, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that this will not be affected by unforeseen circumstances by our delivery partners. In these circumstances, we are unable to refund delivery charges.
